ATDI’s scope and scale
A company is measured by its breadth and depth. ATDI’s depth is its 30-year working relationship with regulators, governments, armed forces and commercial companies; its breadth is growing all the time with a range of new agreements with customers new and old.
“No company can afford to stand still,” says ATDI vice president Gilles Missud, “and it’s exciting that ATDI continues to move forward with enhanced and extended agreements with current partners and new deals with organizations coming to us for the first time.”
Recent agreements include:
* A renewed maintenance contract for frequency assignment and spectrum management solution for Norwegian military spectrum regulator NARFA. Gilles comments: “NARFA is striving to improve its frequency assignment process in Norway. ATDI is gratified by all its customer relationships, but when the people charged with national security choose to rely on ATDI, that is particularly pleasing.”
*Extended relationship with Luxembourg-based broadcasting solutions integrator BCE which has made a new commitment to ICS Telecom EV as a planning and modelling tool.
*Map data for use in smart metering by Western Power in Australia. ATDI has a long-standing relationship with utility companies operating in Australia’s sparsely-populated, continent-sized interior. It stems from the company’s impressive reputation gained in its planning and modelling work for the mining industry in Western Australia. This latest deal means that ATDI tools and services are now being used by both Horizon Power and Western Power; Western Power operates in the territory’s urban areas while Horizon Power covers rural communities.
*ICS telecom EV licenses for Australia-based Radspec Consultants for use in microwave frequency assignment and interference analysis, and extended use of ICS telecom EV by international IT services company DXC Technologies
Gilles says: “You can see from these contracts the huge range of organizations that rely on ATDI products and expertise. It is most gratifying that they trust us to supply the tools and knowledge that they need.”
