1 - Code of conduct

6 - Other agreements

The terms of any other agreement in writing with ATDI SA, including without limitation any rental or customer service agreement shall, insofar as they conflict with these terms of use, prevail.

7 - Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris, even in the case of the introduction of third parties; of multiple defendants; of consolidation of the litigation claims; or of urgent or preventive measures, by application for summary proceedings or by petition. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, signed in Vienna in 1980, is excluded.

8 - On-line privacy policy

8.1 — Collection of personal information

In order for Users to use our online facilities and to gain the full benefits of such services we need to collect and process various personal data. Prior to using these services or accessing any areas of our Website which require you to enter a password Users will be asked to complete, an on-line form which requests personal data about Users, such as their name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.

9 - ATDI Twitter policy

1 — Content
1.1 — The Twitter account is managed by the Marketing Manager, on behalf of ATDI SA.
1.2 — ATDI will occasionally use automation (such as tools that generate tweets from RSS feeds) but will endeavor to ensure that this does not dominate message posts.

1.3 — If you follow ATDI then you can expect a minimum of 1-3 tweets a day covering some or all of the following:
• Industry news alerts
• Information on future events and current campaigns

2 — Following
ATDI will not automatically follow back other Tweeters. However, there are specific organizations that ATDI choose to follow which does not imply endorsement of any kind.

3 — Availability
ATDI will update and monitor our Twitter account regularly over the week. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.

4 — Replies and Direct Messages
4.1 — ATDI welcome feedback and request that all Twitter followers contact us through established channels such as telephone or email. All direct messages will be forwarded to the appropriate person or department. The usual ways of contacting us are detailed in the Contact Us section of our website.
